Birthday Party FAQ

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to purchase extra jump time for your guests. However, we do run on a tight schedule so we cannot guarantee your party space past the designated time slot that your party initially came with. We will do our best to accommodate you the best way that we can.

You are more than welcome to bring in cakes and cupcakes to celebrate! Outside food or beverages are permitted. Catering options involving Sternos/open flames or water baths are not allowed for safety reasons.

If there are allergies or other dietary needs, please call the park, and we’ll be happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.

Yes! We usually allow 30 minutes or more depending on scheduling for setup for any decorations. We don’t allow helium ballons as per the mall’s policy.

All birthday parties require a 25% deposit which will be applied to your party total. If you need to cancel, please notify the park 7 days in advance, If you would like to reschedule you may apply your deposit to any available date/time within the next two months. For any party canceled with less than 7 day’s notice the deposit will be forfeited.

We suggest arriving 15 minutes early and we also recommend having all guests fill out a waiver on our website before they arrive.

It is not required but our party hosts certainly appreciate a tip for their helpful service!

Yes, we do ask that you start getting ready to leave a few minutes before your party ends so our hosts can start cleaning up and preparing the area for the next party.
